Me, I'm an odd one. I think deep and breathe easy. I never stick to plans and I'm usually late for something. It's ok, though, because I always catch and hold onto those moments that I know I'll want to have to cherish later.
I live for my work - music. Even though I am not actually making a living at it yet, my music is my life. Without it, I would be nothing, have nothing, want nothing. I used to want to do something else with my life, but now that I'm here, I know there is nothing else I could possibly do. Music moves me in ways others can't possibly imagine. It allows me to spell out the thoughts and feelings I have that I couldn't possibly put into words. I know in my mind that it's just energy waves being emitted at different frequencies over a span of time, but the fact that such a seemingly mundane physical occurence can be transformed into something so beautiful amazes me.
I'm a thrill-seeker. I find the idea of jumping out of a plane with nothing protecting me but a flimsy piece of cloth, or speeding down a steep snow-covered mountain on a piece of plastic, or climbing a 100m rock spire with a 1/2 in.- wide rope as protection, to be extremely enticing. The adrenaline rush is what gets me. Sometimes you have to be inches from death to feel like you are really alive. It makes you appreciate the fact that you LIVE, that you are here on this Earth, thinking, feeling, being, and that there are others doing the same all around you. And you do more than just exist; you SURVIVE. When you climb, or jump out of a plane, you are pitting your wits against nature - it's your mind against the wilderness. When you live, you have conquered it. You have won. Conquer nature at its worst, and you can conquer anything life throws at you.
